Admission to the B.H.M.S. programme at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University is conducted through centralized counselling as per the guidelines of the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) and other applicable authorities.

The entire counselling process β€” including registration, payment of counselling fees, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting β€” is conducted online through the official AACCC portal as per the notified schedule.

Seat allotment is based on merit and counselling norms. Candidates allotted a seat must report within the stipulated timeline for document verification and confirmation of admission.

Applicants are advised to regularly visit the official AACCC website and the university website for updates, schedules, and important notifications related to counselling.

  • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects, and must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories, as per applicable norms).
  • Only candidates who have qualified NEET (UG) are eligible to apply for admission through the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

Admission Instruction:

The Tuition fees for the First year shall be remitted in three equal installments within the prescribed stipulated time period as notified by the Institution. At the time of admission, the student shall pay First Installment (1/3rd of Annual Tuition Fees) and β‚Ή 10,000 refundable Security deposit. The Second and Third Installment shall be paid at the beginning of each session, as prescribed by the Institution.

For the subsequent years of study, the Annual Tuition fee shall be paid in two equal installments, six monthly / session wise, within the prescribed stipulated time period as notified by the Institution.

    (The candidate who DO NOT have the β€œJain Minority Certificate issued by Competent Government Authority” will have to submit the Affidavit Executed before the EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE, on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100, stating that the Religion of the Candidate is JAIN)

NOTE:
  • The Institution shall deduct an amount of Rs. 10,000 as processing charges from the refundable amount in case of upgradation or cancellation within stipulated time allowed competent authority. Once the admission is final, as described by AACCC, cancellation shall not be possible and still if one wants to cancel the admission, he/she has to pay future fees of pending years of study.

  • New Registration can be done only on the dates specified in β€˜Counselling Schedule’
  • Candidates belonging to β€˜Jain Minority’ category, must select their religion as β€˜JAINISM’ during Registration.
  • Candidate must select β€˜Deemed University Counselling’ during registration for taking admission at Sumandeep Vidyapeeth
STEP 4

Make Online Payment

  • Non-Refundable Registration Charges & Refundable Security Deposit
  • The payment can be made only through β€˜Net Banking’ or β€˜Credit Card’
  • The aspirant shall read the Refund related regulations under β€˜FAQs’ section on aaccc.gov.in before proceeding for payment
  • It is advisable to take the print out of transaction details after successful payment.
STEP 5

Click on β€œChoice Filling”

  • Choice filling can be done only on the dates specified in β€˜Counselling Schedule’
  • There is no limit for number of choices that can be filled
  • Modifications in the College/Branch preferences permissible. The choices can be β€˜LOCKED’ on last day of Choice filling. It is advisable to take the print out of LOCKED CHOICES.
STEP 6

Announcement of Result

  • Dates for Announcement of Result are specified in the β€˜Counselling Schedule’. Result will convey the aspirant about the Branch/College allotted to him/her as per choices filled in
  • If no college is allotted to the aspirant then he/she shall participate in next Round of counselling
STEP 7

Reporting to the Allotted College

  • All the candidate who have been allotted a seat, shall report in person to the allotted College during the time specified in β€˜Counselling schedule’ along with their Original Document and First Year Fees
  • Failure to complete the admission procedure during the stipulated time will result in cancellation of admission

  • 4-Year Bachelor’s: Under recent UGC guidelines, candidates with a 4-year or 8-semester Bachelor’s degree (Honors) with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (or equivalent) are directly eligible.
  • Relaxation in the qualifying marks for designated categories of students shall be given.

NOTE:
  • *Caution money / Security deposit, which are not part of the fees chargeable, shall be refunded in full.
  • In case of (1) in the table above, the Institution shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the annual tuition fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
  • Fees shall be refunded by the Institution to an eligible student within fifteen working days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard.
  • In case of point (5#) in the table above, if the student leaves the course or in the event of cancellation of his / her admission, due to any reason whatsoever, anytime after the 30 days of formally – notified last date of admission, the student is liable for payment of the fees for the remaining period of complete tenure of his/her program of study, to the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to University, as the seat will remain vacant thereafter. In that event, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth has all the rights to recover the payment of the fees for the remaining period of complete tenure of his/her program of study, by redeeming unconditional bank guarantee / Un-dated cheques submitted by the student at the time of admission or through any other appropriate legal procedure against the student/parent/guardian for the recovery of entire outstanding amount against him/her.

Entrance Examination and Declaration of Merit:

  • The Eligible applicants shall have to appear for Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (SVCET) as per the prescribed schedule.
STEP 5

Interview:

  • Interview will be conducted for eligible candidates.
STEP 6

Seat allotment:

  • On the basis of Merit of SVCET, the seats shall be allotted to the eligible applicants as per their choices.
STEP 7

Reporting for Admission:

  • Candidates who are allotted a seat shall have to report in-person to the Institution for verification of Document, payment of Fees & Submission of Legal Undertaking.
STEP 8

Document Verification:

  • At the time of reporting, the candidate must produce all the required documents (in ORIGINAL) as applicable to his/her category for the process of verification and ascertainment of the eligibility.
STEP 9

Submission of Legal Undertaking for future fees:

  • The candidates who are allotted a seat,will have to secure the payment of the fees for entire duration of program, by submitting (at the time of admission) a LEGAL UNDERTAKING along with the Unconditional Bank Guarantee OR Undated Account Payee Cheques.
STEP 10

Payment of Educational Fees:

  • Payment can be made through DD/ Net Banking / UPI / Mobile Banking.
STEP 11

Enrolment & College Joining:

  • After successful completion of all these stages, the candidate may join the College/ Academic activities as per the schedule.
